Wow, I needed to update.
I'm on, what, my second week of summer? Oh Summer, how I love thee! No, the weather I hate, but my summer consists of me laying in front of the air conditioner, just working. First thing I do is become noctural. That's when it's quiet and I can think better. My mom doesn't approve of me staying up until 4 and waking up at 11:25. (My internal clock is set.) But, I'm happy. :)
That Doujin I mentioned? I'm on page 51. Which means I have 4 left to do. The end has never looked so sweet! I'm sick and tired of it. While I should be rejoicing, since these are the super fluffy pages, I just want to get it over with. B: I don't think I should be a manga-ka....
Here's the cover:
Although I say that, I have a really good idea for a manga with a Tae Kwon Do theme. I imagine a girl, much like myself, starting a the same school I started, (endorsed by my Master) and developing a crush on the black-belt that helps with her training. She asks him out, but he refuses, saying that she needs to have more courage to ask with confidence. A black-belt level of courage. So she get determined to get to a level of acceptance from him. and of of course he likes her back, so he helps her train harder. I did a piece of concept art for the guy:
Num6 is officially finished. It ended up being 172 pages long. (Single spaced) and 14 chapters long. Shirley and William both have their own Facebook accounts. Just look up William or Shirley Nový.
The new story I was starting, ALT, is only at Chapter Two because I was trying to finish "Forever, at last." But I plan to work on it alot more after I finish the dumb thing.
And here's a piece of concept art I did of Creature:
I also started that Animation project I promised. Just VERY BARELY, but I started.
Here's a basic summary:
"That's why I like french fries and ice cream. I wonder...It's strange. Really strange. I guess it's close to my interests. Um...no. It's not easy you know. For example, let's say I wanted to paint a butterfly....I think I'd want to come to life.
"You know...If I...If I were to disappear from this world, would you be lonely? If you did, I surely would be.
"I like the winter. Bad huh? Snow and Ice are cold...but you have blankets and fires. I just love the cold. Cold and hot things. That's why I like french fries and Ice cream."
"It's not blowing today."
These two are Shura (Шура) or Shin and Anfisa (Анфиса).
Shura lives alone in an abandoned factory in the heart of Ukraine as an outcast. Tired of the solitude, he ventured out into the closest town, and met Anfisa. A recent orphan who lives on the street. He has promised to protect her and give her a home if she will be his companion.
Little does Shura realize his home is the most dangerous and hated place in the world. Or that his special ability has come from living there for so long.
Life in Chernobyl is not as perfect as they think.
If you want to watch the 20 second practice animation I did, you can go here:

And now for the final topic:
After watching, "The Avengers." My best friend and I decided to get into the Superhero Fandom. For me, it was more of 'get back INTO' the fandom. After I discovered RPG's and Anime, I kind of left my love for the DC universe behind. This was my obsession before Kingdom Hearts...way back in fourth-fifth grade. I recently went back and watched all 64 episodes and movie, and thought, heck, I need to do some fan art. It was fun! and very nostalgic. And now, a little intro.
We'll start with Robin, the leader of the team. This is the Dick Grayson version of Robin, and yes, the same Robin from 'Batman'. This is after he leaves Gotham. It's funny because I watched the whole thing on Youtube, and every time they came across a hard enemy, the comments would all say, "CALL BATMAN!". I am a Robin Fan, and I guess I would say he's my favorite. I don't know why, but he just cracks me up. For example, in the 'Mother Mae Eye' Episode, the team is hypnotized by a witch to believe she is their mother. Imagine him with his hair all combed down and covered in pie. "May I have more, mother?" Batman must be so proud.
---
Next is Cyborg. Not much to say about him, but he was the hardest one to draw because of all the metal.
He does have some epic facial expressions. Not to mention the trademark, "BOOYAH!"
---
Raven was my favorite when I was little. She's also the most powerful and the scariest. Sarcasm is her second language, "Beware villains, we have waffles." She's very....dull. 'Whatever' kind of attitude. Going through the series I came to learn that she's actually part demon. MY CHILDHOOD WAS A LIE!!!! Her main power is to move stuff telepathically. But she can also read minds. In the episode, 'Haunted' she creates a mental link with Robin to help him see that Slade (his arch nemesis) isn't really there. From there, many a Fanfiction tell of Robin staring at Starfire and Raven smacking him, "Knock it off. Perv."
I dressed up as her for Halloween one year.
---
I love Starfire. An Alien Princess who's extremely naive. What can be better then that? Her real name is Koriand'r. Doing more research this time around (because these are all original DC comic superheros) I learned that Starfire's people (Tameranians) learn different languages by lip contact. In episode 62, she comes to Earth and is practically destroying the city, trying to get out of her space cuffs. The team gather for the first time to stop her, and she ends up kissing Robin to find out what the heck they're saying. Thus a fandom is born! The RobinXStarfire fandom is scary, and should be avoided. As their enemy Control Freak says, "Starfire's too good for Robin, she's just to humble to see it."
Starfire has super strength (tons stronger then Cyborg) and can shoot starbolts from her hands.
---
Finally, Beast Boy. The comic relief.
He annoys me.
That's about it. Until next time!
